Justine Heath was appointed the Acting CEO of Vision Australia in August 2024. She has previously served Vision Australia as CFO and Company Secretary since December 2019.
Justine is an experienced leader with diverse experience in listed, private and NFP entities in the healthcare, technology, retail and resources sectors. She has over 30 years’ finance, investor relations and operational experience in large corporates (PWC & ASX100 majors Santos and Faulding) and in smaller listed and private growth businesses. Justine has worked in complex healthcare services, pharmaceutical and technology products businesses. She is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Governance Institute of Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Over the past decade, Justine has worked in the care sector, in allied health, disability and aged care. Justine has a strong interest in the strategic and commercial challenges of ‘for purpose’ organisations as they seek to deliver on mission while negotiating a changing commercial and compliance environment.
Justine is the non-executive Chair of home care provider, Care Connect Limited and a non-executive Director of residential aged care provider, Doutta Galla Aged Care Services, and Edmund Rice Education Australia Victorian Schools Limited.
