About Mary Vershuer
Mary Verschuer was first appointed to the Vision Australia Audit, Finance and Risk Committee in February 2026. In addition to her role with Vision Australia, Mary serves as a non-executive director and Chair with a breadth of experience across listed industrials, government and NFPs. She has been involved in governance of not for profits since the 90s. Mary has previous CEO experience in complex global industrial businesses with significant time on the ground in Asia and global responsibility. She has a track record in leading global teams with full P&L responsibility, strategy development, innovation, risk management and performance growth across sectors with differing and changing regulatory requirements.
